Sleepless in Seattle!!

We are so silly together!!

You have no idea!!! (Well now you have some idea!!) 

Julie and Julie together is a non sleep fest of creativity, cookies, and more then just a few giggles!

It was her 50th Birthday and I flew in Sunday to suprise here at her party.. after countless lies, and sooo many reasons why I could not come for her Birthday!! 

And there I was!! 

We celebrated her life, junked and stamped, ate, cooked, baked and gave up sleep!

But fun was had lot's and lot's of fun!!

I'm home and glad to be with my family and warm but I always miss my friend....

I'm such a dork!

So this wonderful idea that I claimed my own hard work really was inspired by my sister-in-law! And because I was so caught up in the redisign of it, I forgot so... props to you Gloria Hall queen of Stamping!!

Sometimes you gotta play till you love it!

Well here's the final (I hope)!!  I spent a good part of the day on this and I'm glad to say I like the way it turned out!

A lot of mess.... (not pictured) and some (like 4) phone calls to my shrink/ Julie M./ stamp extraordinaire!!!  And Voila!!

Yes I know pretty fun huh?

I love Valentine's day!!!

So as soon as I could I packed up all things Christmas (don't get me wrong I love Christmas too) but Hearts are different...
 I LOOOOVE them! So I cleaned the house and Decorated the whole thing for Valentines Day!! because... I well I fell better stamping when the house is clean and all covered in hearts!   Then I made this card!! 

I love the way it turned out!  It reminds me of being a little girl.   My aunt and I would make Valentines using old cards, newspapers and doilies.  We would glue everything together cut it out,  add ridiculous amounts of glitter and write
"Happy Valentines Day" on them and leave them around the farm for  people to find!!! Oh it's no wonder I love Valentines day!! And  I Heart Hearts!!

Sad that pictures don't do her justice this card makes you wanna pinch her cheeks!!!
