I wanted to make my kitchen tower festive for the occasion!
I also had to make a card!!
And as usual if I can't find the exact set, Stampin' Up! always has something to work with!

I used the 1" and the 1 1/4 " circle punches to make the rings and silver glass glitter to cover them with!!
