I'm speechless!

So tonight for dinner I created a masterpiece!  Ya know one of those dishes that should be on the cover of some foodie magazine like Southern Home or Food and Wine it was soooo good! I tasted it even bragged to my family (just a bit) about the goodness I had prepared for them!
I used fresh spices and herbs, a bottle of Shiraz opened just for this meal, sauteed mushrooms, organic carrots, and all under a lovely Swiss cheese and butter laden Parmesan cauliflower crust.  I presented it to my family like good ole Vanna White used to do.

 Then I sat back and watched in amazement!

After my husbands first bite he says "this needs somethin, hey Nez get the Taco Bell Sauce out of the fridge"!

In horror I sat and watched as my husband took my magazine cover ready dish, and made it into this!

Again, I say "speechless"!
I think this whole episode is in the Bible somewhere, something about in the end of days husbands will loose mind and resort to red neck ways!!

Spring oh yeah!!

Lots to say and do on the matter!!

I want to clean everything, Host a backyard party, loose 15 lbs and watch a 

Spring Training game! 

But I'll settle for a book by the pool without freezing!  

Here's a couple things I have done!

First off I made this for dinner tonight and it was amazing!!!

Grilled Chicken with Lemon Basil Pasta

I added some lemon pepper to my Chicken, before I grilled it and some to the sauce too!

Can I say even though she will never read this" I love you Pioneer Woman!! Your food rocks all the time!!

Second: I made this super fun card for Emory's friend last weekend!

An original design! I'm not bragging about that, I was in a hurry and I went to my computer to quickly case any design that would work only there was nothing out there!!  Freaky, usually something will inspire me but sadly I was on my own. 

And she loved it! Yippee!

I did clean out 1 drawer but I'm not putting pictures of my underwear on here it's not that kind of blog!!

My Valentines Day issues!

I have a sick obsession with Valentines Day! And I'm fully aware of it! Hey maybe I'm not that sick after all!
Here's some of the cards I've been working on, and my Valentines house decor that I'm so sad about taking down! ( It's been up since December 31st!) And that doesn't make it easier!

This one I made out of scraps on my desk!

 I cased this card from some gifted stamper who didn't put her name on her card, so I'm not sure who she is!

 There it is, my love for hearts out there for the world to see have a Happy Valentines Day!!
