Card inspired by a Stampin Up! Demo Unknown

I have so much fun designing a day for you all!!
Here's a few pictures of the ladies that I get to count it all joy for!!

And last but not least here's the recipe for the carrot cake!!
FOUND HERE http://thefarmchicks.typepad.com/

Carrot Cake
3 cups shredded carrots
4 eggs
1 cup nonfat milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour a 9'x9" square baking pan. Set aside. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat at low speed for about 30 seconds to combine all ingredients. Turn mixer to high and continue to beat for about one minute until mixture is combined really well. Pour batter into baking pan and cook for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. (the cake will be really dark brown). Remove from oven and place on a cooling rack to cool. While it cools, prepare the icing.
Icing:
2 ounces low fat cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon nonfat milk
Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth and blended. Add sugar, vanilla, and milk and beat well until completely smooth and all ingredients are incorporated. (I call this an icing because it isn't firm like frosting, rather, it's quite creamy and icing-like).

Happy Stamping/ or Baking!!  May God Bless each and every one of you!!

Peeps for decorations!!!

Okay so I hate the taste of Peeps but love the cuteness of them!!! Once again proof positive that I'm a chocolate girl!!!
Any way I saw a design on line where someone used Peeps in a flower arrangement so I thought I would down size it and go for it here's what I got!!
So when I made this all the bunnies had two perfect ears....I noticed this morning there's a tiny bit missing on one of the bunny's ear!!  Since I have no pets to blame this on I'm going with the kids!!!
They are so busted!!  I'm gonna stuff ear less peeps in their Easter basket!  Muhaawwww!

Love you!!

Playin in the bunny hut!

Okay I know I'm a dork!!
But I love it when I go in my stamp room and create a card I dreamed about and it looks good in real life too!
Sneak peek on some of the projects for my class so far!
Why do I love chocolate Bunnies more then any other candy??
I hope there's some left for my class attendees!
Happy hoppity stamping!!
